This is my first blog post and I thought what better way to start my blog than sharing my trusted grocery list with very detailed explanations about macro-nutrients. I used to spend TONSSS OF TIME in the grocery store which made me despise the grocery store and I didn’t want to.
The hack is to have an already written out LIST for yourself so that way you just walk right into the sections in the store and pick what you’re specifically there for. The goal of this grocery list is to GUIDE you towards the right types of foods that should be included in your diet for optimal health. It is vegan friendly as well.
